A tent-type clean room has been installed in part of the factory! The process is shorter, and costs have been reduced.

A customer is introducing two large NC machines. Due to product precision requirements, it is necessary to keep the environment around the large NC machines clean. Since it is not possible to clean the entire factory environment, we propose to enclose the area around the machines to create a "clean room." Additionally, there was a request to enable temperature control and the ability to use a crane for loading and unloading products. To facilitate the loading and unloading of products with a crane, we installed L-shaped opening and closing doors on the sides and ceiling. We also incorporated air conditioning (2 units of 8 horsepower) to enable temperature control.
